3. BYING AND SELLING ONLINE
The client should be contacted and communicate only with our employees on our official website or social media channels, any other channel that is not provided by us on this website is not useful and may lead to fraud.
For the products that already appear on our website or our social media channels, and that are already made, the payment will be done, the first half when the order is placed and the other half before the order is delivered.
A client is aware that purchasing a dress from the website, and that is ready, it will be sent on the size they have purchased. If the client wants to make changes to the dress to fit them, the price of the dress will be changed. During this process, they will be in contact with one of our agents from the relevant department. Also changing the length of the dress, and adding material to it, will cause to change the total price of the dress.
Clients can order and buy products from our website and make payments. The payments need to be done from debit or credit cards and other methods such as bank transfers. We offer different kinds of options such as PayPal, Payonner, Paysera, Visa Cards, Debit Cards, Ria, Money Gram and Western Union.
The delivery of the product may take 3 to 7 days.
The timing from the beginning of the process when the client places an order to the end of the process when the product will be delivered can take 3 to 7 weeks. This process depends on many factors, considering the materials’ availability and the changes the client may have asked.

4. RETURN AND EXHANGE POLICY
We offer products that are designed and created by hand in our company, and they are offered in S and M sizes, and other sizes when ordered and customized.
Clients should be aware that seeing a photo from different kinds of devices has a great effect on how the product looks, and its color. The environment where the dress was photographed and the light has a great effect on how the dress looks like.
The period to request to return a product is 7 days, and after this period your request will be denied. The product should not be dressed, or damaged, and you should have the invoice. Your request will be considered by the relevant department and they will inform you about the approval. If your request is approved, we will return your money to your bank account within a week. If the clients have a product that they have ordered and have personalized it with the special design and features from our designers and the product has been made and sent then the client has no right to return or exchange it because of the personalization.
If the product has been damaged, used, and returned then this will be against our policies, and we will cancel the payment.
If the client decides to cancel the order they have placed, for appropriate reasons, the fee they have paid will be considered as a cancelation fee, and the money will not be returned.
The product should be in the same condition as it has been sent, and it should have the tags on it, and the billing receipt.
Our company does not hold responsibility for any damage done to the product by the delivery company.
If you happen to accept the wrong product, then please contact us immediately, and we can exchange it and provide the right product to you as soon as possible.
If your request to change the product has been accepted, then you may only receive the new product after delivering the old product.

Each photo uploaded on the website will have the company logo, up and down the photo, and if it happens that the photo is hidden the logo or cropped, then this will also violate our policy.
